As you are probably aware, there has been important changes made to European data protection law that came into effect on 25th May 2018. The implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related rules impose requirements in terms of the data that we hold about our members and service users and how we use it.

What information do we collect?
If you complete the membership registration form, we store the name, address, mobile number and e-mail address you have provided. We then add the mobile number to the KSA Official Members' forum on the Telegram Messenger if you give consent.
For most contacts including donors, volunteers and suppliers, we keep details of your name, address, telephone number and email address.
How do we use this information?
From time to time we may contact you about events, volunteering opportunities or fundraising activities by e-mail.

We will keep information such as your name and address details and donation history on our database in line with our constitution and for financial auditing purposes.
