KSA to host a group of young people from Thriving Through Venture who will be going to Gunjur in August to learn about the history of the Gambia and Gunjur, the culture, and the language

About The Event
The next group of young (14 in total) who will be going to Gunjur in August 2019 would be coming over to Bristol to meet with members of Kombo Sillah Association on Sunday 17 March accompanied by Caro Strover, the Director of TTV.
While in Gambia, the group be involved in three more projects:
1) a study on migration;
2) gaining an understanding of identity "who do we think we are?" and
3) learning the art and skills of photography.
Given that the whole question of migration is an important one as so many people all over the world are "on the move" whether it is UK young people going to live in Australia or refugees coming to UK from Iraq, the group will chat with members of KSA on the area of migration and what impact living in the UK have on their lives.
